Well we survived another first year in the Skains house! And this one came with tears in my eyes. This little baby girl is such a treasure and just such a sweet girl, and to reach that one year mark is bitter sweet. Another year that flew by. But we sure enjoyed celebrating this sweet girl. Her actual day was spent traveling home from vacation, but we celebrated together the following day!

The next day at home we were able to celebrate our sweet one year old! She had so much fun with her first little cake. She was very interested and very serious about it! It took a lot for us to get a smile from her. She was just so serious!
Present time! Again, she was so serious about opening presents. Not much emotion from her, just really interested in her new things. It was pretty funny!

Oh my sweet Lynlee Noelle. You truly truly bring so much joy to this family. Your smile is contagious, you are the sweetest cuddler, your giggle makes us all giggle and our family is better because you are in it. I adore you sweet girl. You are such a gift to me and I thank God that He blessed us with you, sweet baby girl. You are one of my greatest earthly treasures. I pray daily for you, that God would create in you a pure heart, that you would choose to trust Him and spend your life being a light in an incredibly dark world while following whole heartedly after your Creator. You are precious Lynlee and I love you more than I have words to say. Happy 1st Birthday baby girl!
