This year for Fathers Day we did pretty much what we have done the last few Fathers Days. Church in the morning, home for lunch, naptime (just Landon this year) and then to the pool. This year, after swimming for awhile we all came home and Jeff made us dinner. Something is wrong with this I agree, but the man wanted steaks and I knew I couldn't deliver a steak to his liking and he enjoys it so that's what happened. Then after the kiddos were all in bed we ended the night with watching the Spurs win the NBA championship and since I'm the Spurs fan of the house I was pretty ecstatic! Here are some pictures of our fun day celebrating Daddy.
After church pictures. One day everyone will look at the camera and smile right? Maybe in 10 + years at this rate. It's a season, just a long one in our case, and one I wouldn't change for an instant!
The girls, along with my help, made Jeff this cute photo book this year. It turned out really cute and he loved every part of it. The big girls wrote him a few notes about what they love about Daddy and drew him some pictures, and Avery added her own art work. They worked really hard on it and were so excited to give it to him. They were all so cute looking at the book so excuse the billion pictures of the same thing.
Landon was napping during present time so he missed the pictures. Poor guy.
I am so very blessed to have Jeff in my life, as my best friend, my partner and to get to raise these kiddos with him. He is my answer to my prayer and I couldn't be more proud of the man he is and who he continues to grow to be. My family is tremendously blessed to have you lead our family Jeff, and I thank God daily for the treasure He gave me in you!
